Jiddu Krishnamurti

Jiddu Krishnamurti (1895–1986) was an Indian philosopher and speaker who rejected organised religion, gurus, and philosophical systems, arguing instead that truth is discovered through direct self-observation without authority. His core teaching: the conditioned mind is the source of suffering; freedom comes from understanding one’s own thought processes, not following any ideology.

Krishnamurti is one of the Eastern philosophical influences cited by naval-ravikant in articulating the happiness-philosophy framework.
